Welcome to PesaTrack, a product of Noria Technologies LTD ("Noria", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Kenya. Visit us at noria.co.ke. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PesaTrack ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PesaTrack is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Track income and expenses across multiple accounts
• Create and monitor budgets by category
• Manage debts and loan repayments
• View spending insights and analytics
• Access your data across devices via a Progressive Web App (PWA)

The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account Registration

To use PesaTrack, you must sign in using a Google account or via email with a one-time password (OTP). By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 13 years of age
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into PesaTrack
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input
• You can export or delete your data at any time through the application
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your financial data

6. Service Availability

• We strive to keep PesaTrack available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

• PesaTrack is a product of Noria Technologies LTD
• The PesaTrack name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Noria Technologies LTD
• You may not use our branding without prior written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PesaTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data in the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for free accounts)

9. Disclaimer

PesaTrack is a tracking and budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
